The past week of salmon fishing has been mostly really good. We had one slow evening but most of the guys fishing the day had limits.
Last night Michael landed a 12 pounder while boondoggling. His first ever on that method. We lost a few on faltfish and back bouncing roe. We also broke one off using 40# test!
This picture is of Matthew and his first back bounce roe fish. These fish have all been really chrome brite and great on the BBQ!
The bulk of the run is not even here yet so this is shaping up to be a banner season.
